Bell Schedule Adjustment Due to Hurricane Ian and subsequent school closures on September 28th and 29th
Hello Worthington Families,
This email is regarding a minor change in our bell schedule for the remainder of the 22-23 school year. Due to Hurricane Ian and subsequent school closures on September 28th and 29th, Worthington High School will be required to make up the time off to remain in compliance with state and local guidelines. Instead of adding two additional days to the student calendar, we have extended each school session by 3 minutes. Starting on Monday, October 10th, our session hours will be:
Morning Session 7:00-12:03
Afternoon Session 12:33 to 5:36
One of our priorities in making this decision was to ensure minimal impact on our students and families. Our student calendar will remain the same and is attached for your convenience. If you would like to discuss this change further, please reach out to me at ashley.gambrill@als-education.com
